today I am introducing you to the concept of being a "Mum Boss" - a mindset and approach to life that involves showing up for yourself even when you don't feel like it. I share my own recent struggles with maintaining this mindset and energy level, and emphasise that being a Mum Boss is about more than just physical fitness or nutrition.

I talk about the importance of self-awareness around your mental, emotional, and physical energy levels. And discuss how to recognize when you're drained and take steps to recharge, rather than pushing yourself beyond your capacity.

I'm encouraging you to take full responsibility for your actions and choices, rather than making excuses. I provide examples of how to remove "but" and "because" from your explanations, and own up to what you have or haven't done.

Every choice and decision is a "vote" for the person you're becoming. I share personal examples of how I've learned to reframe negative thought patterns and focus on what I can control, rather than dwelling on uncontrollable circumstances.

I'm challenging you to identify one small action they can take today to show up for yourselves. Being a Mumboss is a journey!
